It establishes that the Event (Ψ) is the result of Original Total Freedom (L) divided by Resistance or Registry (R). It describes how the new state depends on the substrate of freedom (L), the Informational Sediment Function (f(Ψ_n)) and the present interaction between possibility and limit.

Structural Isomorphism: The principle of geometric and functional identity governing all scales of the Fractal. It establishes that, although matter may change its form (from a galaxy to a cell or a canvas), the underlying structure of the interface and its laws of flow remain constant.
